Sedum, Unidentified !
I am guessing this is a sedum. I’m not sure sure what else it would be. The plant makes a nice mass of green and the flowers are small but delicate and pretty. If anyone can identify it, let me know.

Stenocactus multicostatus is also called brain cactus because the ridges on the body of the plant are thought resemble a brain. If you look closely, you can see two buds developing to the upper right of the flower that is already open.
